I had a bad feeling once I sent my message and didn’t hear anything back for a while, and unfortunately that gut feeling was right. I reached out to customer service about my issue and really expected at least a quick update, but the response took way too long and didn’t give me a clear answer when I actually needed help.
It was frustrating because I wasn’t asking for anything complicated, just help with my order. The whole thing left me feeling like support isn’t very reliable, so I’d be hesitant to order again unless they improve how quickly and clearly they respond.

I ordered a pair of leggings and the fabric was way thinner than I expected. They fit okay, but the material felt kind of cheap right away and got fuzzy after just one wash. I also felt a bit passed around when trying to figure out what to do about it, which made the whole thing more frustrating. For the price, I just don’t think they were worth it. Disappointed

I really wanted to like the set I ordered from Aoxjox because it looked so cute online, but once I actually put it on, it felt like a bit of a bait and switch. The fabric was way stiffer than I expected, and the waistband started digging in after wearing it for just a little while.

I tried to get through one workout in it, but I wanted to take it off halfway through. It might photograph well, but comfort-wise it was a hard no for me, and I definitely wouldn’t buy it again.

I was hoping these would be a new favorite, especially because they look nice on at first. But after wearing them for my most recent workout, the main thing I remember is how stiff they felt instead of stretchy.

When I was squatting or bending, they just didn’t move with me the way I expected. I kept having to tug them back up, and since that happened so much during my last gym session, it really stuck in my mind.
They might be fine for just lounging or running errands, but for actual workouts, they didn’t work for me. Based on my latest experience with them, I wouldn’t buy them again...

i had a hard time finding what i was looking for. the site feels a little clunky to navigate, and it took more effort than i expected to get around.

After one wash, the waistband seam started opening up, and I hadn’t even worn them for a workout yet. I was really disappointed because the fit seemed fine at first, but the quality just didn’t hold up for me. I probably wouldn’t buy this pair again.

Okay, the leggings are really cute, but wow, the compression was way too much for me. I was just trying to do a normal workout, not prepare for a space launch. They felt super tight and uncomfortable quickly. Also, support took days to get back to me, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. Probably great for someone who loves intense compression, but definitely not for me.

From what I remember, it was close to three weeks before the order finally showed up, and I don’t recall getting any helpful updates along the way. It just felt like I was left waiting and wondering the whole time. Frustrating experience overall.

My order showed up in this super thin bag and everything was all squished when I opened it. The box was damaged too, which didn’t give the best first impression. The clothes themselves seem okay, but the cheap, careless packaging made me wonder about the overall quality

I was just trying to exchange for a different size, and it turned into a whole thing. It took like 2 or 3 days to get replies, the instructions weren’t really clear, and I had to follow up more than once. By the time someone finally got back to me, the size I wanted was already gone. it was way more stress than it should’ve been, and I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

I went on aoxjox.com thinking I’d find more styles to choose from, but the selection was feeling limited. A lot of the stuff kind of look the same, just in different colors. If you’re just wanting basic pieces, it might be okay, but I get bored fast while scrolling through. I was hoping they would had more options and some different designs

Am I the only one who feels like the photos made this look way nicer than it actually is? The color was off in person, and the fit/details didn’t really match what was shown. I was disappointed because it felt a bit misleading compared to the pictures

I’m still waiting on my refund and I’m a bit confused about what’s going on. I expected it to be processed by now, but I haven’t seen anything come through yet

I don’t know, maybe I’m being overly cautious, but something about Aoxjox just feels a little off to me. The site and overall brand didn’t really make me feel confident enough to place an order. It’s totally possible other people have had a good experience, but personally I’d rather skip it.

I ordered my usual size from Aoxjox, but the fit was off for me. The waist felt way too tight, while other areas were oddly loose, so they just weren’t comfortable to wear. I checked the size chart too, but it didn’t really make things clearer. To be fair, the material seemed decent, and maybe they work great for some people, but I don’t think customers should have to guess this much just to get the right fit. I’d probably be hesitant to order again unless the sizing gets more consistent.
